Gravity Dumpster Rental Bentonville runs out of a yard on 2501 SW Aviation St in Bentonville, near Louise M. Thaden Field. Michael Davis started the company in 2015 with one truck, and the reason was simple enough: renting a dumpster meant an out-of-state call center, vague pricing and a delivery window nobody could actually promise. So we do the opposite. One number that covers the job. A delivery window we actually hit. A person on the phone rather than a form on a website.
Bentonville and the towns around it have changed enormously in the last decade. Corporate growth tied to Walmart, Tyson Foods and J.B. Hunt has pulled in construction and renovation work at a pace few regions in the country can match, and new-construction subdivisions keep spreading toward Centerton, Bella Vista and Cave Springs. Older neighborhoods near downtown are going through a different kind of job — kitchen and bath remodels, roof replacements, whole-house cleanouts. Knowing which is which before the truck arrives is most of the job.
Whatever you are clearing — a roof tear-off, a family home, a new-construction site or a yard full of storm debris — the container exists for it. Call (479) 364-6780 and describe it in a sentence.
Services
Twelve service lines out of one yard. Same containers, same flat pricing — what changes is how the load gets sized and what has to stay out of it.

How it works
Most bookings take under four minutes.
One short conversation. We ask what you are clearing, where the box needs to sit and when you need it, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us. No forms, no waiting on an email.
You get one number covering delivery, the rental period, pickup, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance. If a smaller box does the job we will say so.
The driver walks the spot with you and sets the container square on the driveway, lot or jobsite. If the surface needs protection we will say so before we set it down.
Keep it level with the top rail and keep the banned items out. Need a swap mid-job or an early pickup? One call and we are on it.
Clean concrete, metal and green waste get routed for recovery rather than landfilled where we can. You get your driveway or lot back the way you left it.
Local knowledge
There is a difference between covering an area and knowing it. We know which downtown Bentonville streets run tight with foot traffic, which Centerton and Cave Springs subdivisions are still under construction, and what I-49 traffic is doing on a given afternoon.
Our service area page lists every city we cover, grouped by how close each one is to the yard, and each city has its own page covering access, housing stock and the local rules we run into.

Why us
The phone rings at 2501 SW Aviation St in Bentonville. Whoever picks up knows the difference between a tight downtown Bentonville lot and a wide-open new-construction site in Centerton, and what I-49 traffic is doing that afternoon.
Delivery, the rental period, pickup, fuel, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance in a single number. If your load looks like it will go over, we say so before the truck leaves the yard.
Call early and most Bentonville-area orders go out the same day. Farther towns like Fayetteville or Gravette are usually next-day — honestly, and in advance.
Boards go under the rails on every driveway as standard, and the driver will tell you before delivery if a tighter lot or new-construction site needs a different approach.
Weight fills a container long before volume does. If a 10 yard is the honest answer for your concrete load, that is what we will quote you.
Bentonville and the towns around it are some of the fastest-growing in the country. We size jobs for that pace, from a single kitchen remodel to a subdivision going up lot by lot.

Credentials
Straightforward, checkable facts about who you would be working with — no invented star ratings or reviews.
Fully insured for general liability and commercial auto. A certificate of insurance goes to your property manager, general contractor or builder on request, usually the same day.
Michael Davis started the company in 2015 and still runs it. The number on this page reaches the Bentonville yard, not an answering service in another state.
Bentonville to Fayetteville and everywhere between. We tell you honestly which runs are same-day and which are next-day before you book, not after.
Clean concrete, scrap metal and green waste get routed for recovery rather than buried wherever the local facilities allow it — good practice, not a state mandate here.

Costs & Planning
What actually sets a Bentonville dumpster rental price: container size, debris weight, rental length, distance from the yard, and how to spot hidden add-on fees before you book a container.
Rules & Regulations
Arkansas's disposal rules are more straightforward than a lot of states, but a handful of items are still off-limits everywhere. Here's what's genuinely allowed and prohibited in a roll-off dumpster, and what happens if a banned item shows up in your load.
Rules & Regulations
Placing a dumpster on your own driveway is almost never a permit issue anywhere in Northwest Arkansas. Placing one in the street is a different question with a different answer in every city. Here's what each city actually publishes.
Service area
We run roll-off containers out of our 2501 SW Aviation St yard in Bentonville to all seventeen Northwest Arkansas cities we cover — from Bella Vista and Centerton through Rogers and Springdale, out to Fayetteville and the smaller towns around them. Bentonville and the closest towns are usually same-day; the farther edges of the service area are next-day. If your town is not listed, call anyway. We likely still get there.
Answers
The price depends on the container size, how dense the debris is, how long you keep it and how far out the delivery address is. What matters more is how the price is built. Ours is a flat rate covering delivery, the rental period, pickup, fuel, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance, so the figure you are quoted is the figure you pay unless the load goes over that weight. Call with a short description of the job and you will get a firm number on that call, not a callback.
In Bentonville, a morning call is often an afternoon delivery. Farther cities in our service area — Fayetteville, Gravette, Pea Ridge and similar — usually run next-day rather than same-day. Jobsite swap-outs get priority over new deliveries, because a full container stops a crew working.
It depends on the city and on where the container sits. On your own driveway it is usually straightforward. Bentonville runs a right-of-way permit process for anything placed in a street or public right-of-way, so a container kept entirely on private property typically does not trigger that requirement. Our city-by-city permit guide covers the pattern across Northwest Arkansas.
Hazardous waste of any kind, paint and solvents, fuel and oil, propane tanks, asbestos, refrigerant appliances, ammunition and medical waste are never allowed. Arkansas's disposal rules are generally less restrictive than some other states, but the hazardous-material list above still applies everywhere, and it is the material that gets pulled and charged back if it turns up in a load.
A loaded roll-off is heavy, and boards go under the rails as standard on every placement to spread that weight out. Tell us if the surface is anything other than a standard concrete or asphalt driveway — gravel, a newer pour, or a lot with soft ground — and we will talk through the right approach before the truck arrives.
Volume and weight are two separate limits and the material decides which one stops you first. Household clear-outs and construction offcuts run out of space, so size up. Concrete, brick, tile and wet soil run out of weight with the box barely a third full, so size down and fill it part way. The 20 yard suits most whole-project jobs; the 10 yard is the right answer for anything heavy.
Yes, all 17 cities we cover. Distance is real, so a Fayetteville or Gravette run is scheduled next-day rather than same-day and is not priced identically to a Bentonville delivery. We tell you both things on the phone before anything is booked.
Outside the busiest stretch of the spring and summer building season, without question. Contractors are more available, containers are easier to schedule, and you are not competing with new-construction demand at its peak. If your job has to run during the busy season, book as far ahead as you can.
